Story of an Inspiration
Pratap is a contemporary painter based in Latur, Maharashtra. Having pursued his Art Teacher Diploma from Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Latur, and graduated from Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Fine Art, under the University of Pune in 2017, he has dedicated himself to mastering the fundamentals of art and improving his craftsmanship. Working with various media such as watercolor, acrylic color, oil, and mixed media, he explores different moods and subjects in his paintings.
Kore is a spontaneous artist. His passion lies in playing with bold strokes. His artworks represent represent freedom, positive energy and power. That’s why you’ll see a lot of his paintings being inspired by animals – their power and resilience. For Kore, art is also a way of expression. It’s simply the way of being. He believes all of us, in some way or the other draw inspiration from art – whether its appreciating colours of nature or good things around us.
With a keen eye for observation and a deep understanding of his own experiences, he uses his brush to capture the essence of overlooked places, objects, and scenes. His unique style allows him to express his ideas in a compelling way.
