Story of an Inspiration:

Sai is a spontaneous artist. His passion lies in playing with rapid and bold strokes. His artworks represent represent freedom, positive energy and power. That’s why you’ll see a lot of his paintings being inspired by horses – their power and resilience. He also sketches tribal women who symbolise power. Creating a matriarchal world, the Indian tribal women have always led the family, which is so inspiring.

For Sai, art is spontaneous and also a way of expression. It’s simply the way of being. He believes all of us, in some way or the other draw inspiration from art – whether its appreciating colours of nature or good things around us. Grown up in a humble family of mill workers, since childhood, he has seen his family draw happiness from small things and everyday activities – this simplicity of life inspires him.
